Management Assessment

In the current economic and regulatory environment, institutions are expected to have in place analysis and assessment of their mangement structure. 
The Beck Agency uses a three prong approach to insure that you have the information necessary to make proactive, informed decisions regarding the people and processes in place at your institution.  The analysis/assessment piece takes between two and four weeks based on number of staff involved and will not disrupt the operations of your institution.

The Assessment / Analysis Process:

• Strengthsfinder* online assessment is given to staff involved
• Individual meeting with facilitator to discern from staff perspective issues and opportunities within institution
• Analysis of strengthsfinder assessment against an institutions organizational chart which discerns corporate culture and potential weak areas
• Group meeting to review results of analysis and assessment (optional)
• General report for all involved in process
• Detailed report for senior management which includes an in-depth analysis that will bring to the forefront issues and opportunities present with the people and processes of your organization with recommendations for change
